1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products are eligible for return only if:
- They are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened or used wellness products
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
2. Return Request Process
- Customers must initiate a return request by contacting us within the eligible return period.
- The request must include:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Supporting evidence (if applicable, e.g., damaged product images)
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- If a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence

- Full or partial refund, at our discretion
4. Return Shipping

- Hydla BS is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

8. Order Cancellations
