1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return only if:
    • They are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
    • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Opened or used wellness products
    • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items
    • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

2. Return Request Process

  • Customers must initiate a return request by contacting us within the eligible return period.
  • The request must include:

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
